The Canadian Provinces offer very attractive options for small to medium sized business migrants. Qualifying criteria (comprising net worth, investment, and job creation) is determined at the Province level, which once satisfied, will entitle the migrant to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence through the Federal Government.
Processing of the applications are general via an Expression of Interest (EOI) approach such that following a submission of your “interest” and a successful assessment by the Province, and invitation will be sent to you to proceed with a formal and comprehensive application.
