Prakash Desai is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.
As a Chartered Accountant, Prakash has worked globally on Risk & Assurance, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Restructuring engagements including Europe, North America, Caribbean, Africa, India, Hong Kong, and China.
As a Business Immigration by Investment Specialist, Prakash has advised hundreds of high net worth individuals from across the world to achieve alternate residencies and citizenships. Through these engagements, Prakash has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for projects across Canada, USA, and the Caribbean.
Due to his unique background comprising finance, business advisory, and immigration by investment, Prakash is able to offer comprehensive and strategic advice, which has been sought by not only his global clientele but also some of the larger financial/lending institutions and law firms in the business immigration industry.
Chetna Desai has a fifteen year background with Ontario’s education system assisting the children of new immigrants transition seamlessly from their home jurisdiction into the Canadian environment. She regularly meets with JPCS clients to assist with “post landing” and resettlement services as it relates to the Canadian education system.
Chetna has worked in the education sector for nearly 20 years in various positions such as international language teacher, administrator, and mentor coach. She enjoys focusing on youth development and succeeds in her role in guiding youth to a path that shapes them to be the best versions of them.
She believes that young people need to be raised to be strong, capable, talented and enthusiastic citizens and professionals.
With her focus on assisting international students in joining Canadian colleges and universities Chetna co-founded The Education Counsellor Inc. Over a period of ten years she has assisted many new migrating students in overcoming challenging transitions and social issues and has received an Award of Distinction for outstanding contribution to school and the school community.
